Offutt Officers’ Spouses’ Club is a nonprofit organization that serves the Offutt Air Force Base and the local community in two ways.
First, understanding that making new friends and feeling a sense of belonging to your new military community can be challenging,
the OOSC provides a variety of opportunities to connect with one another and have fun through both
social events and volunteer opportunities.
Second, we help support charitable endeavors in our base community, as well as the communities surrounding Offutt. Through revenue from the Offutt Thrift Shop, the OOSC was able to donate more than $35,000 to various base and local community organizations. In addition, the OOSC gave $45,000 in college scholarships to high school seniors and military spouses this past year.
OOSC is a tradition that dates back many years, but we’ve progressed with the times. Please consider becoming a member today and take advantage of all the OOSC has to offer.
Casual Monthly Socials – held each month, August – May. Creative themes, games and always great food,
friends and prizes.
Special Activities – OOSC organizes a variety of monthly activities that appeal to a wide range of interests:
Bunco, Book Club, Wine Club, Playgroup and
Explore Omaha just to name a few.
Volunteer Opportunities – the OOSC strives to be a source of support throughout our community. Various volunteer opportunities will be available throughout the year. Additionally, Offutt Thrift Shop is a great place to invest your volunteer time. We serve the military community by offering quality donated items at affordable prices and an outlet to make money through consignments.
